FAQ

  • What are your hours of operations?
    Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We see clients by appointment only. Same day and Saturday appointments may also be available.
  • Payments & Cancellation
    Payment is due at time service(s) are rendered. We accept all major credit cards and most Health Spending Accounts (with credit card logo). Cancellations: Please call within 24-hours if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. This allows us to provide that time slot to another client.
  • Assessments for Minors
    Assessments for Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by responsible adult.
  • Supplement Samples
    We sometimes offer you samples to help you try out a new supplement or tea before you purchase it. Remember that samples are not a way to fulfill your regimen. We do not always have samples of your supplements. Please do not rely on samples for your nutritional plan.
  • Dismissal
    If you are “dismissed” from our practice, it means you can no longer schedule appointments, get nutritional supplements or consider us your practitioner. Common reasons for dismissal: Failure to keep appointments, frequent no-shows Noncompliant (constantly not following practitioner’s instructions for health issues) Abusive to staff Failure to pay your bill Dismissal Process: We will send a letter to your last known address, via certified mail, notifying you that you are being dismissed.
